Terms of Service

Effective date: April 3, 2026

1. The service: physical interaction

This website (the "Service") allows users to remotely trigger mechanical animatronics and lighting displays located at a private residence (the "Hardware").

2. Assumption of risk and safety warning

Photosensitivity: The Hardware produces flashing lights. If you or anyone in your viewing environment has a history of photosensitive epilepsy, consult a doctor before use.

Mechanical nature: You acknowledge that you are triggering physical objects. While we maintain the Hardware, we are not liable for any mechanical failures, electrical issues, or the failure of the Hardware to respond to your digital command.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: data loss, hardware latency, or any physical incident resulting from the remote triggering of devices. The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available."

4. Prohibited use (anti-abuse)

You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or "spam-clicking" to interact with the Hardware. We reserve the right to implement rate limiting and to terminate any account that attempts to cause mechanical stress or "stress-test" the system.

5. Curfew and availability

The Hardware is subject to a local curfew (typically 10:00 PM local time). Access to interactive features may be disabled at any time without notice for maintenance, local noise ordinance compliance, or personal privacy.
